It has been a lifelong goal of mine to create a center that would bring together children from diverse backgrounds to experience the great outdoors.  This goal continues to evolve as the world around us changes.  The concept we are now working on goes much further than the original goal.  I believe that the time is right for a project of this magnitude because there is a realization being accepted by many people that a shift towards environmental awareness and sustainable living is necessary.  The goal today is to educate people about what they can do and how they play a part in the solutions to our planet’s challenges.  This Park would be the inspiration and the source of knowledge needed to create the change.
